Brush the sand off and you're at your table. It's named for Duke Kahanamoku, who took surfing to the world, and old boards and photos line the walls. Around sunset the tiki torches go on and local musicians play, which is the hour most people aim for. The food gets 'fine' reviews, but almost every table shares a Hula Pie, a tower of macadamia ice cream.
