This is the Waikiki branch of the steakhouse opened by Peter Luger alumni. The bone-in steak arrives sizzling, and the server carves it onto your plate and spoons the buttery juices over. Happy hour is the draw: from 3 to 6pm a set with steak, sides and cheesecake costs far less than ordering à la carte, so those slots go fast.
