A Cantonese restaurant in the Shanghai Tang building, up the lane where the old gas lamps still stand. Contemporary art fills the rooms, so it feels like eating inside a gallery. It holds one Michelin star and its lunch dim sum is the draw. The terrace bar serves dim sum and snacks from noon until late. Formal without feeling stiff.
