The Sun Wheel is the first thing you see along the Bai Chay seafront. Rides and a plaza spread out around it, and the Queen cable car carries you across the water to Dragon Park on the hill opposite. It is the busiest spot in Bai Chay: families fill it by day and strollers take over the square in the evening.
