When the sun drops, Bai Chay's evening drifts to this quarter. Open-air bars, pubs, cafes and souvenir shops sit shoulder to shoulder, and the music runs late. It is where people come for a beer after a day on the bay, so it is loud and tourist-facing. Not the place for a quiet night, but easy to wander if your hotel is close.
