The first shop, opened in Ropponmatsu in 2018. Its cream-stuffed maritozzo kicked off a nationwide craze, and there's still nearly always a line outside. Inside, wood, earthen walls and dried flowers make it feel more like a little barn than a bakery. Sweet cream buns, savoury breads and rustic loaves all compete for your tray.
