Opened on 7 April 1977 on the market square. With Dall'Oste it's one of the two big T-bone names, and the truffle and prawn-tomato pastas are popular too. The dining room has expanded and there's terrace seating on the piazza, so waits are shorter than they used to be. Long menu, plenty of vegetarian dishes.
