A tiny family trattoria open since 1953. A queue forms in the lane before opening, and once inside you get slotted into whatever seat is free. At long, elbow-to-elbow tables people order ribollita, wild boar pappardelle and a glass of house Chianti. The menu changes daily and goes up on the wall, but bistecca is always on it.
