The roastery that kicked off Florence's specialty-coffee scene. Unlike the stand-and-shoot espresso bars, you sit and take your time over pour-overs, flat whites and iced coffee. There are several branches (Via dello Sprone, near Sant'Ambrogio, upstairs in the Mercato Centrale); the Via dei Neri one sits handily between the Uffizi and Santa Croce.
