Four shopfronts on one lane, and a line snaking past all of them. They split oily schiacciata flatbread and stuff it with cured meat, cheese and creams until it's roughly the size of your face. Grabbing one on the way to the Uffizi and eating it on some steps is the usual move. There are branches from Milan to New York and Sydney now, but this is the original.
