Step through a Greek-temple doorway and into something completely different. Glass cases hold 19th-century surgical tools and pathology specimens, along with material tied to the Burke and Hare body-snatching murders. It is not for the squeamish, but if this is your kind of thing it may be the most memorable hour you spend in Edinburgh.
