A café-restaurant serving breakfast just off the Royal Mile since 2009. The headline is the full Scottish: sausage, bacon, black pudding, eggs, mushrooms and tomato on one plate, with a vegetarian version too. Porridge, eggs Benedict and breakfast baps cover lighter appetites. Brunch runs until 3pm every day, which forgives a lie-in. Little Larder next door at No. 11 is the walk-in-only sibling.
