A casual café doing the food a British mum might cook: sausage and mash, haggis, fish and chips, stews, shepherd's pie. You build the sausage plate yourself by choosing sausage, mash and gravy, and there are plenty of veggie options. It opens 9am to 10pm, so it rescues awkward mealtimes. Sandy Bell's folk pub is directly across the road, which makes dinner-then-music an easy evening.
