Smørrebrød in a church-like hall with high ceilings, chandeliers and hand-built benches. This is the Aamanns group's flagship, reworking open sandwiches with organic, seasonal produce. Hay-baked beetroot with tart apple and crisp rye is one of the combinations the restaurant says keeps coming back. At lunch the easy order is the set: two pieces, then cheese or dessert.
