Opened on 8 October 1870, this is Denmark's oldest konditori, six generations on the same spot. The house classic is the sportskage: a macaroon base under a tall dome of whipped cream topped with caramel nougat. The way to do it is a slice and a hot chocolate in the old salon rooms.
