Hot dogs are Denmark's street snack. DØP, short for "the organic sausage man", is a cart that switched the sausage, bun and sauces to organic. The Danish way is a lot on top: crispy fried onions, raw onions, pickled cucumber and remoulade, here on a wholegrain linseed sourdough bun. The stand says its classic pork sausage won a 2014 Danish consumer magazine test.
