Up one flight in a Mipo lane, a wall of glass opens onto the sea, and when the sun is out the water glitters. Beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia and Costa Rica are hand-dripped, and there is even a geisha on the list. Plenty of people sit alone at the bar and drink in silence. Small sweets such as almond florentin and tigre come alongside.
