The road curls along the slope of Mt. Wausan, east of Haeundae. In early April the cherry trees close into a tunnel, and cafés and galleries with big sea-facing windows line the way. Moontan Road, the wooden trail through the woods, always has someone walking it. From Haewoljeong pavilion you see the East Sea horizon, so it doubles as a sunrise spot.
