This Sinpyeong pork soup house has been simmering since 2011 and earned a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Busan. The broth runs clear and clean rather than milky, and reviews keep saying there's almost no pork smell. Two bowls you won't find elsewhere: one topped with minced Uiseong garlic, one scented with bangah (Korean mint) leaves. It never closes, so hangover or late dinner, the hour doesn't matter.
