Locals queue in a side street of Sinpyeong for this gukbap shop. The milky pork soup arrives first, then a plate of thinly sliced pork-jowl suyuk with stir-fried kimchi and fresh tofu. Wrap the pork with kimchi and tofu like a samhap, then drop noodles into what is left of the broth. It made the 2026 Busan Pork Soup Festival citizens' top-20 list.
