There is no menu to study. Sit down and a set arrives: crisp fried fish, a clear fish-head soup and white rice. It has been the only thing on offer since 1941, so ordering means telling them how many of you there are. Dip the fish in sambal and sip the hot soup between bites. The queue builds through the afternoon.
