Started in 1969 as a tiny Kuta warung run by Ibu Made's family; her eldest daughter Made later turned it into a place foreign visitors could settle into. The Seminyak branch is a big courtyard restaurant just off the main road. Nasi campur, rice with small helpings of several dishes, is the easy first order. There's Western food too, but guidebooks agree: stick to the Indonesian side.
