Shaanxi saozi noodles served conveyor-belt style. Pay at the counter, sit down and two-bite bowls glide past. Four kinds circulate: chicken-broth noodles, mala noodles, chili-oil xiangla noodles and buckwheat-scented hele noodles, with the odd wide noodle slipped in at random. The self-service bar adds liangpi, steamed buns and zenggao, the sticky rice and jujube cake.
