The name is a boast, yet travel writers keep pointing here for biangbiang noodles. Belt-wide, hand-pulled noodles get tossed with chili oil, garlic and greens. There are 18 noodle styles on the menu, so the choosing is half the fun. Some writers mention a branch on the Big Wild Goose Pagoda north square, but only the Hanguang Road shop could be placed.
