A Heuriger, the wine tavern of Vienna's northern vineyard villages. The family has made wine here since 1683, and Beethoven lived in the house in 1817 while working on his Ninth Symphony (official). Wooden tables fill the courtyard of the old yellow house under vine shade, and from 7 pm every night musicians play Viennese songs on accordion and violin. Pick hams, sausages, roast pork and salads from the buffet, or order from the menu: Wiener schnitzel is €28.90.
