The 'flying saucer' on top of the Harbour Centre tower is the observation deck. The glass elevator on the outside wall climbs and the harbour drops away beneath you. Through 360 degrees of glass you get Canada Place right below, floatplanes landing on the harbour and the North Shore mountains across the water. Tickets are good all day, so plenty of people come up in daylight and again after dark.
