A long pier pushing into the harbour, topped with five white fabric sails. It's a cruise terminal and convention centre, but the promenade around the outside works as a free viewing deck: floatplanes take off right in front of you and the North Shore mountains fill the view. Inside, FlyOver straps you into seats that tilt and lift in front of a giant dome screen while you sweep over Canadian peaks and glaciers, mist and wind included.
