The Tokyo flagship of HARBS, a cake café from Nagoya. The signature mille crêpe stacks thin crêpes with fresh cream and layers of kiwi, strawberry and melon, and a slice is the size of your palm, fine for sharing. Cakes are made daily without preservatives and meant to sell out the same day. With 82 seats it has more room than most branches.
