A shaved-ice stall opened in 1946, now run the same way by the third generation. Sour plum ice, a ladle of whole red beans, two scoops of milk ice cream, done. Tart, bean-sweet and milky in one spoonful. It's more alley stall than shop, so you eat standing or perched nearby. A natural stop while wandering student-heavy Yizhong Street.
