As the name says, it's the night shift: open 17:00 to 02:00, getting busier the later it gets. The signature is kong rou fan, a thick slab of pork belly braised until tender and bouncy, served in a lunchbox with sides like bamboo shoots, braised cabbage and fried tofu.
