A small cart-style stall that has stood on Zhongmei Street for over ten years. The owner shapes the fish balls by hand and makes the wontons and sauces himself; the noodles come from a set shop in Shuinan Market. It joined the Michelin Bib Gourmand list in 2025, known for scallion-oil noodles and pickled-mustard-greens fish ball soup.
