A Chinese noodle house where the kitchen is walled in glass, so you watch the dough stretched, folded and slapped into noodles to order. The strands come out chewy and uneven in length, which is the fun of it. Many tables add dumplings and dim sum. It sits in the George Street shopping strip and is easy to drop into between errands. A few older listings call it closed, so confirm it is open before you go.
