A Malaysian street-food canteen. Right behind the front window a cook flings dough into the air and slaps roti onto the griddle while the queue watches. Roti canai comes crisp and chewy with two curries and sambal; roti tisu is baked paper-thin and stood up in a tall cone. A welcome change if you're tired of Australian food.
