The broth is thick enough that the spoon seems to have trouble. Pork bones simmered for hours leave the collagen in, so the white broth coats every noodle. The shop sits on a lane corner and queues build at lunch and dinner. The flagship is the Super Mega ramen with spare rib on top. First-timers are often startled by the richness, and plenty drink it down to the last spoonful. Not a light-lunch place.
