An 1898 market hall turned shopping arcade, with its green copper domes, stained glass and iron balustrades intact. Lean over the upper-floor railing and the tiled floor and arched roof run away the length of the block. The two big hanging clocks are the Royal Clock, which plays out little scenes on the hour, and the Great Australian Clock, painted with scenes from Australian history. Visitors come for photos and souvenir shopping: T2 tea, Pandora, UGG.
