The triangular building right beside the Oriental Pearl. You start on the third floor with Chinese species such as the Yangtze alligator, work through the continents and a polar zone with penguins, then head underground to a 155 m tunnel. A moving walkway carries you slowly while sharks and rays glide overhead, and the jellyfish room at the end is lit for photos. It's all indoors, which makes it an easy pick on a rainy day or in the midday heat.
