A Cantonese teahouse chain from Guangzhou, with 'since 1933' cut into the stone at the door. It sits on the sixth floor of Super Brand Mall, right in front of the Oriental Pearl Tower, so it slots in before or after the observation deck. The hall is big and full of round tables and families; you order by QR code, with photos on the menu. Everyone orders the red rice roll: a chewy red rice sheet wrapped around crisp batter and whole shrimp, soft, crunchy and springy in one bite. Tea is charged per person and topped up throughout.
