On the 58th floor of the IFC tower, the Oriental Pearl Tower stands right in front of you as the lift doors open. From the stepped outdoor terrace the Huangpu bends below and the Bund lights up one building at a time across the river. The cocktail list is themed around travel moments, from airport goodbyes to late-night talks, and the food leans Southeast Asian: satay, nasi goreng, curry prawns. From 5:30 p.m. it's over-18s only, and terrace seats near sunset go first.
