- Address
- East Nanjing Road pedestrian street, Huangpu, running from just behind the Bund to People's Square
This one is a night street. After dark the vertical neon signs blink on down both sides, department stores alternate with old-school food halls, and a little sightseeing tram trundles down the middle with its bell going. You'll smell the queues before you see them: pork mooncakes straight from the oven, candied fruit, beef jerky sold by weight. It starts right behind the Bund, so finish your riverside walk and drift west.
