A third-generation pancake stall in the Gwangjang Market food alley. Stone-ground mung-bean batter fries golden in the oil until the outside is crisp and nutty. Raw beef, sundae, beef jeon and mixed jeon share the menu, so one table can sample the whole market. Plenty of foreign visitors come, and it opens as early as 8am.
