The in-house parlor of Snow Brand, open since 1961. The star is "Snow Royal", a vanilla ice cream said to have been created for the Showa Emperor and Empress: rich in milk fat, made without eggs, so it comes out snow-white and clean. There are more than 30 parfaits plus seasonal desserts and pancakes. The matcha affogato, with Uji matcha poured over the ice cream, is a quiet favourite.
