A branch of the Sapporo Chinese restaurant Hotei, with zangi as its calling card. It covers rice, noodles, fried dishes, dim sum and à la carte plates, described as authentic at reasonable prices. It is on the third floor of Akarenga Terrace, connected to the underground walkway, which helps on snowy days. Lunch runs 11:00–15:00 and dinner 17:00–22:00.
