A Hokkaido cuisine shop founded in 1969 and now led by the second-generation head chef. It uses seasonal seafood and wild vegetables and puts weight on the freshness of its fish. It is in the basement of Backstone II between Hotel Hokke Club Sapporo and the Taiyo Life building. It is described as well known among Sapporo locals. Open 11:00–14:00 and 17:00–23:00.
