Right on Odori Park, the café branch of Sapporo patisserie Kinotoya. Its 'gokujo gyunyu' soft serve, made with milk from their own farm, is dense, chewy and very milky, in an unusually tall Hokkaido-wheat cone. The fresh-baked cheese tarts, crisp shell around airy cheese mousse, are perfect bought singly. A natural stop on a park stroll or before the TV Tower.
