This soup curry shop opened in a Sapporo alley in 2001. The chef trained in Western cooking, and the broth is described as built on fond de veau. The rice is Nanatsuboshi from a contract farm in Kuriyama, and the potato is Hokkai 50, which the shop says only it uses in Sapporo. Tatami seating takes up to 45, so families and groups sit easily.
