Introduced as one of Sapporo’s older soup curry shops, this is the main branch. The broths have names like the light Kaibyaku, the rich 3.8-Billion-Year Wind, and an Ayurvedic-style herbal one, plus a limited prawn-stock broth. Each vegetable is cooked its own way so it suits the soup. The popular topping is Hokkaido-grown maitake mushrooms.
