The broth blends chicken and pork, with sweetened fried onion, rich pork fat and deeply roasted garlic pushing the miso flavour forward. It opens at 9 am and runs until 2:30 am, so hangover breakfast or last-call bowl both work. It is a good excuse to wander the alley while you are at it.
