A sushi counter where you state your budget in advance and the head chef builds the meal within it. The ingredients are carefully selected, and the menu runs from nigiri to cooked dishes. It is on the sixth floor of a Susukino building, a floor above the noise. Banquets and anniversary dinners are accepted, with requests passed on at booking. Open 17:30 to midnight, closed Sundays.
