The byword for Susukino jingisukan since 1954. Each counter seat has its own charcoal brazier; onions and leeks go on the domed iron grill and the fresh mutton on top. Fat runs down to cook the vegetables while the meat needs only a few flips. The menu is three meats: standard, premium and fillet. Finish by pouring hot tea into your leftover dipping sauce and drinking it.
