An inn restaurant on the ground floor of a 700-year-old house. Its 'Baroque dishes' are based on Conrad Hagger's 1719 cookbook 'Neue Salzburger Küche', and the original book sits in a display case. The signature is Baroque Backhendl (fried chicken) served in a copper pan. For dessert, staff wheel a copper cart to the table and flambé crêpes on the spot.
